No refunds will be given for match payment when:

• a player fails to turn up
• a player gets injured before or during the game
• a player is sent off
• a player walks off
• the referee determines it necessary for the game to be abandoned

A match credit will be given when:

• a game is cancelled ahead of kick off
• a double booking occurs and the pitch is not available as planned
